Our facility includes a 6 stall Cedar barn, 4 roomy box stalls and 2 tie stalls all with rubber mats. A heated feed room, tack room, 2 sets of cross ties in alley way for grooming and tacking up and hot and cold running water for bathing.  There is also a  hitching post in front of the barn.  Our barn is newer and everything is in great condition.  We keep the barn and area very clean, organized and up to date.

All boarders will have the use of a saddle rack and bridle hook, located in the locked tack room. There is also room under the saddle racks to store grooming items.  Boarders may also keep supplements and grain in the feed room or in the extra feed shed.

  We have an 80'x110' outdoor arena and a 50' round pen both with sand footing.  There is miles of beautiful trails just across the way and some river trails just below.  Barriere is also just a short drive away and they have some of the best trails around.

We have numerous paddocks, 2 with shelters.  The shelters can hold up to 4 horses.  The paddocks are very large and have lots of spruce trees in them which provide great shelter from the elements.

 Just below the barn we have a huge pasture area.  The pasture is divided into 4 different sections.  The pasture area is perfect for riding with the river views and beautiful surroundings.

 We also provide grooming, exercise and schooling services for your horse.  If you want your horse lunged or schooled a couple times a week or just a day when you cant make it out we will be more than happy to provide the service. I have over 20 years of hands on experience with all types of horses, your horse will be in great hands.  For quotes just check the prices and services page.

We strongly reccomend that people owning horses be members of the Horse Council BC.  

Board contracts and waivers must be filled out once you arrive at Blue Star Stables.

Boarders must keep there horses worming and vaccines up to date.  If needed we can administer wormers for you.
